Amends Oklahoma's Teachers Due Process Act of 1990 to add an exception allowing teachers hired on emergency or provisional certificates to work on temporary contracts beyond the standard four-semester limit.

Teachers employed on temporary contracts for a complete school year remain eligible for dismissal and suspension protections under the Teacher Due Process Act, as well as evaluation provisions.

Prohibits school districts from reemploying teachers on continuing contract basis back onto temporary contracts in that same district.

Requires school districts to provide full written disclosure of temporary contract terms and conditions at the time a position is offered; failure to disclose results in the teacher being considered employed on a continuing contract basis.

Becomes effective July 1, 2025, with an emergency clause declared for immediate implementation.
