Creates the "Student Retention Protocol Act of 2025" requiring schools to provide hearing and vision screenings and family assessments to students at risk of grade retention, conducted by qualified school personnel.

Mandates psychiatric evaluations for at-risk students, selected and completed by a qualified professional as determined by the State Department of Education.

Requires occupational therapy or physical therapy evaluations for at-risk students if initial screenings and psychiatric evaluations do not result in a diagnosis or treatment recommendation, conducted by qualified medical professionals employed or contracted by the school district.

Makes all requirements subject to availability of funding, allowing schools to implement provisions only if adequate funding exists.

Becomes effective July 1, 2025, with an emergency clause allowing the act to take effect immediately upon passage and approval.
