Creates the "County Fair Modernization Act" relating to county fair governance and board requirements.

Requires County Free Fair Association Board of Directors members to maintain attendance at meetings, with members absent from more than 50% of all meetings within any four consecutive meetings automatically ceasing to hold office and creating a vacant position.

Permits Board members to take a recommended online training course offered by Oklahoma State University's extension office to better serve in their elected position.

Becomes effective November 1, 2025.
