Amends Oklahoma statutes governing district, township, and county fairs to permit expenditure of funds for "digital and electronic communication, Internet and supporting equipment" in addition to existing telegraph and telephone expenses.

Requires county fair association members to designate a 12-hour voting window for election of president, vice president, secretary, and board of directors, replacing previous language about meeting at county seat.

Establishes removal procedures allowing officers and directors to be removed for failure to attend at least 50% of meetings in a calendar year, or by unanimous vote of all other members.

Adds identical removal and attendance provisions to both district fair boards (Section 15-55) and township/county fair boards (Section 15-58).

Becomes effective November 1, 2025.
