Department of Human Services shall conduct a feasibility study on establishing a unified and streamlined eligibility and enrollment system for state public assistance programs to promote efficiency, accessibility, and coordination of services.

Feasibility study shall examine the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), child care subsidies, Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), state Medicaid program, and Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program.

Department shall issue a request for information to vendors to gather capabilities and estimates of initial and ongoing costs for a unified eligibility and enrollment system.

Department of Human Services, Oklahoma Health Care Authority, and State Department of Health shall coordinate to conduct the feasibility study.

Upon conclusion, Department shall electronically submit a report to the President Pro Tempore of the Oklahoma State Senate, Speaker of the Oklahoma House of Representatives, and the Governor summarizing findings, vendor information, and cost estimates.
