Amends Oklahoma Statutes Title 10A, Section 2-4-107 regarding salary limitations for juvenile bureau employees under the jurisdiction of the Juvenile Division judge.

Director salary cap remains at 90% of county Class A officer salaries, and other juvenile bureau employees remain capped at 85% of Class A officer salaries.

Director and assistants to the director may be reimbursed at state employee mileage rates for investigation and probationer supervision travel, plus actual and necessary expenses for conferences, meetings, seminars, and official court business within or outside Oklahoma.

County excise board retains duty to appropriately fund juvenile bureau salaries and expenses through county charges or special sales tax dedicated to juvenile programs.
