Prohibits prosecutors from disqualifying peace officers as witnesses based on unadjudicated misconduct allegations, including those under appeal through administrative or judicial processes.

Allows peace officers placed on "Do Not Call" lists or marked as noncredible to petition the Oklahoma Attorney General to contest the allegations through an administrative law judge hearing.

Requires the administrative law judge to find in favor of the peace officer if the underlying administrative process is still pending or has been appealed.

Prevents law enforcement agencies and prosecutors from relying on misconduct allegations if an administrative law judge determines they are not supported by a preponderance of the evidence.

Becomes effective November 1, 2025.
