• Establishes a 14-day grace period for child care professionals to submit documentation of completed annual professional development training hours without negative employment or certification consequences.

• Mandates the Department of Human Services ensure that the review period for early childhood education provider training applications does not exceed 14 days.

• Adds new definitions to the Oklahoma Child Care Facilities Licensing Act including "child care professional," "professional development hours," and "regulatory agency."

• Becomes effective November 1, 2025.
