Amends 21 O.S. 2021, Section 852.1 to clarify child endangerment offenses for parents, guardians, or custodians of children.

Establishes four specific acts constitute child endangerment: knowingly permitting physical or sexual abuse; knowingly permitting a child at a controlled substance manufacturing location; knowingly permitting a child in a vehicle with an impaired driver; or operating a vehicle in violation of Section 11-902 while impaired and transporting a child.

Provides an affirmative defense if the person reasonably apprehended that stopping abuse or removing the child from an intoxicated driver would result in substantial bodily harm to the person or child.

Exempts good faith reliance on spiritual means or prayer for treatment or cure of disease from child endangerment prosecution.

Establishes penalties of up to 4 years imprisonment in the Department of Corrections, a fine not exceeding $5,000, or both.

Effective date: November 1, 2025.
