Schools have the right to broadcast all high school athletic activities in Oklahoma in which their athletic team is participating.

Oklahoma Secondary School Activities Association exclusive broadcast agreements cannot prohibit local broadcasters or schools from broadcasting their own school's athletic activities.

Provisions apply to broadcast contracts entered into or renewed on or after July 1, 2025.

"Broadcast" includes live or recorded audio and video transmission via airwaves, streaming, radio, television, internet, or other technologies.

"Local broadcaster" includes organizations located in Oklahoma providing local broadcast services and school-sponsored student-organized broadcasts such as educational courses or programs offered by the school.
