Amends 58 O.S. 2021, Section 246 to change the filing timeline for combined notices in probate summary administration proceedings from "at the same time" to within 5 days from the granting of the order admitting the petition and combined notice.

Combined notice must include 10 specific elements: decedent's name/address/date of death, petitioner information, will status, personal representative details, heirs/devisees names and addresses, probable estate value, final hearing date/time/place, objection procedures, court determinations if objections filed, and 30-day creditor claim deadline.

Within 10 days of the order, combined notice must be published once weekly for 2 consecutive weeks in county newspapers (or posted in 3 public places if no newspaper available), mailed to creditors per existing law, and mailed to all interested persons at last-known addresses.

Final hearing must be scheduled not less than 45 days following the granting of the order admitting the petition and combined notice.

The act takes effect immediately upon passage and approval, declared an emergency for preservation of public peace, health, and safety.
