Creates new law codified as Section 3-97 of Title 2 of the Oklahoma Statutes establishing that pesticide warning labels approved by the EPA are sufficient to satisfy Oklahoma state law warning and duty-to-warn requirements.

Pesticide labels satisfy Oklahoma requirements if they are EPA-approved and approved by the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry at the time of sale.

Alternatively, labels satisfy requirements if they are consistent with the most recent EPA human health assessment or the EPA carcinogenicity classification for the pesticide at the time of sale.

Applies only to pesticides registered with the United States Environmental Protection Agency under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act.

Effective date: November 1, 2025.
