All county offices and courts must offer credit card payment for all transactions except real estate sales requiring cash, with permission to pass service fees to the cardholder.

County offices and courts must provide all necessary forms to citizens at no charge and make these forms available on county websites.

Every county office, including clerk, treasurer, assessor, and courthouse, must have a notary available during business hours who cannot charge fees for services.

The Oklahoma Attorney General must standardize all forms used for county business and legal proceedings, with counties required to implement standardized forms by January 1, 2027.

The act becomes effective November 1, 2025.
