• Enacts the "United States and Oklahoma Flag Display Rights Act of 2025" to be codified as Section 155.1 of Title 25, Oklahoma Statutes.

• Prohibits state and local government entities from restricting persons from displaying the U.S. flag or Oklahoma state flag on government property if displayed from a vehicle owned/operated by the person or held by the person.

• Requires flags to be displayed in accordance with accepted standards for proper and respectful display and prohibits alteration, modification, or defacement of the flag.

• Applies the restrictions to motorcycles and any other vehicles authorized by law to operate on public roads or highways.

• Declares an emergency, making the act effective immediately upon passage and approval.
