Increases the maximum yearly license fee for optometrists from $300 to $500, paid annually by June 30th to the Board of Examiners in Optometry.

Examination fees remain set by Board rules between $100 and $200, with the same payment and revocation procedures for non-compliance.

Secretary-treasurer compensation remains capped at $200 per month, and all collected fees continue to be deposited into the Optometry Board Revolving Fund.

The revolving fund operates as a continuing fund under Board control without legislative approval, with expenditures authorized by Board employees and approved by the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services.
