• Amends Oklahoma workers' compensation law to require employers to collect a first responder's service weapon while the employee is temporarily unable to perform their job due to post-traumatic stress disorder.

• Mandates suspension of CLEET certification for first responders undergoing treatment for mental health injuries until they are able to perform their job duties.

• Limits disability benefits for mental injury or illness claims to 26 weeks, extendable to 52 weeks only upon clear and convincing evidence, with maximum permanent disability benefits capped at $50,000.

• Restricts employer liability for prescription medicine to $10,000 maximum and limits medical treatment coverage to one year for post-traumatic stress disorder not accompanied by physical injury.

• Becomes effective November 1, 2025.
