Amends 25 O.S. 2021, Section 1201 to add definition of "Antisemitism" as defined by the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA), described as a certain perception of Jews which may be expressed as hatred toward Jews.

Specifies that rhetorical and physical manifestations of antisemitism are directed toward Jewish or non-Jewish individuals or their property, toward Jewish community institutions and religious facilities.

Adopts the IHRA's working definition and examples of antisemitism for purposes of Oklahoma law.

Adds definition of "Discriminatory practice" as a practice designated as discriminatory under the terms of the act.

Becomes effective November 1, 2025.
