Amends Oklahoma property disclosure law (60 O.S. 2021, Section 833) to add polybutylene pipes to the list of conditions sellers must disclose to purchasers

Requires sellers who provide a property condition disclosure statement to indicate whether they have actual knowledge of polybutylene pipes in the property

Polybutylene pipes join existing required disclosures including water/sewer systems, structural issues, hazardous materials, methamphetamine manufacturing, and wood-destroying organism damage

Effective date is November 1, 2025
