Amends Oklahoma's statute of limitations law (22 O.S. Section 152) to expand the list of sexual crimes against children that must be prosecuted by the victim's 45th birthday to include "any offense prohibited by Section 843.5" rather than only "child abuse"

Adds failure to report abuse or neglect (Section 1-2-101 of Title 10A) to the list of crimes subject to the 45th birthday prosecution deadline for child victims

Adds nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images (Section 1040.13b of Title 21) to the list of sexual crimes with extended statutes of limitations
