Adds definition for "physical therapist" as a full-time board of education employee with current certification from the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy and state licensure, granting them the same legal protections and benefits as certified teachers.

Adds definition for "occupational therapist" as a full-time board of education employee with current certification from the National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy and state licensure, granting them the same legal protections and benefits as certified teachers.

Renumbers the "support employee" definition from section 9 to section 11 in the statutory text to accommodate the two new definitions.

Becomes effective July 1, 2025.

Declares an emergency, making the act effective immediately upon passage and approval.
