Amends 36 O.S. 2021, Section 6903.1 to update exemptions for domestic health maintenance organizations (HMOs) that contract with the Oklahoma Health Care Authority to provide services exclusively to Medicaid recipients.

Exempts qualifying HMOs from compliance with Sections 6058, 6058A, 6059, 6060, 6060.1 through 6060.9d, Section 6911, and Section 6915 of Title 36.

Requires these HMOs to follow only Medicaid program benefit coverage criteria and regulations instead of the Health Maintenance Organization Act requirements.

Limits exemptions to apply only to services provided to Medicaid recipients pursuant to Section 4002.2 of Title 56 of the Oklahoma Statutes.

Becomes effective November 1, 2025.
