Creates the Oklahoma Agrivoltaics Act to develop strategies for siting and constructing renewable energy projects in ways that support and maintain agricultural productivity, including farming, ranching, and forestry

Establishes a 17-member Oklahoma Agrivoltaics Advisory Committee with representatives from state agencies, tribal governments, renewable energy industry, agricultural producers, electrical transmission companies, OSU, and the forestry industry

Requires the Oklahoma Center for the Advancement of Science and Technology (OCAST) to prepare and submit a report to the Legislature by January 1, 2026, identifying existing tools, policy options, and research needs for developing renewable energy alongside agriculture

Creates the Oklahoma Agrivoltaics Cash Revolving Fund in the State Treasury to receive public and private contributions for carrying out the Act's provisions

Declares an emergency, making the act effective immediately upon passage and approval; passed the House on March 26, 2025, and the Senate on May 7, 2025
