Modifies who may perform marriage ceremonies in Oklahoma by amending 43 O.S. 2021, Section 7.

Expands authorized ceremony performers to include deacons and elders, in addition to judges, preachers, ministers, priests, rabbis, and other ecclesiastical dignitaries.

Requires clergy performing marriages to certify on the marriage certificate that they hold proper credentials or authority from their church or synagogue to solemnize marriages.

Maintains existing requirements that marriages be performed before at least two adult, competent witnesses and that all authorized persons be at least 18 years of age.

Becomes effective November 1, 2025.
