Requires all health benefit plans offered in Oklahoma, including the Oklahoma Employees Insurance Plan, to cover clinical genetic testing for inherited gene mutations in individuals with personal or family history of cancer when ordered by a health care provider and supported by medical evidence including NCCN Category 2A or higher recommendations or nationally recognized clinical practice guidelines.

Mandates coverage of evidence-based cancer imaging for individuals with increased cancer risk when clinically useful and ordered by a health care provider, with coverage decisions based on NCCN Category 2A or higher recommendations or other nationally recognized clinical practice guidelines.

Eliminates annual deductibles, copayments, and coinsurance limits for covered genetic testing and cancer imaging services under health benefit plans.

Provides an exception for health savings accounts with high-deductible health plans, allowing cost-sharing requirements to apply until the minimum deductible is satisfied, except for preventive care items or services.
