Amends 73 O.S. 2021, Section 15.3 to modify parking space assignments around the Oklahoma State Capitol Building for elected and appointed officials and employees.

Designates the southernmost row of parking spaces in the south parking lot as a large vehicle inspection station for the Department of Public Safety, with authority to post signage along Lincoln Boulevard and at gatehouses.

Clarifies that the Office of Management and Enterprise Services is responsible for maintaining all streets, roads, and state-owned parking lots within State Capitol Park boundaries, including striping, painting, and signage.

Reallocates parking space designations among the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, Speaker of the House of Representatives, and Governor in three central parking areas.

Becomes effective November 1, 2025.
