State-issued licenses shall automatically renew after ninety (90) days of expiration if the licensee submitted a renewal application meeting all necessary requirements before the expiration date.

Automatic renewal requires the licensee to remain in good standing with the relevant agency, defined as having a valid license at the time of application and no formal complaints or investigations pending at the time of renewal.

New law codified as Section 6012 of Title 59 of the Oklahoma Statutes.

Act becomes effective November 1, 2025.
