Changes Oklahoma Statute 50 O.S. 2021, Section 21 to make the repeated use of real property or structures for unlawful drug distribution, prostitution, or human and/or sex trafficking a public nuisance when resulting in felony convictions under the Oklahoma Uniform Controlled Dangerous Substances Act.

Removes discretionary language by changing "may" to "shall" constitute a public nuisance, making the designation mandatory rather than optional.

Applies specifically to properties or structures used repeatedly for these criminal activities that result in felony convictions.

Becomes effective November 1, 2025.
