Creates the Statewide Official Compensation Commission composed of the same members as the Board on Legislative Compensation to set salaries for nine statewide elected officials including the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, State Treasurer, State Auditor and Inspector, Superintendent of Public Instruction, State Insurance Commissioner, Commissioner of Labor, and Oklahoma Corporation Commission members.

Commission may only meet on the same date as the Board on Legislative Compensation and cannot set any official's salary below the amount in effect as of January 1, 2025.

Commission salary determinations apply to any term of office beginning on or after the date the Commission sets the salary amount and must comply with Section 10 of Article XXIII of the Oklahoma Constitution.

Current statutory salary amounts remain in effect until the Commission modifies them, at which point the Commission's order supersedes the statutory amounts for affected officials.

Sections 1 and 2 become effective November 1, 2025; Section 3 (repealing the prior salary statute) becomes effective January 31, 2030.
