Amends 74 O.S. 2021, Section 62.3 to allow the Oklahoma Highway Patrol to donate surplus vehicles to law enforcement agencies in counties with populations of 100,000 or fewer residents.

Donated Oklahoma Highway Patrol vehicles must have been driven over 90,000 miles and can only be used for valid and authorized law enforcement purposes by the receiving agency.

Donation of surplus vehicles by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol is permitted notwithstanding other provisions of the Oklahoma Surplus Property Act and requires compliance with rules promulgated by the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services.

Act becomes effective November 1, 2025.
