• Amends 43 O.S. 2021, Section 105 to add new provisions requiring standard forms for divorce proceedings in Oklahoma

• Directs the Oklahoma Bar Association to prepare standard forms in plain and understandable language that meet statutory requirements for completing a divorce proceeding

• Requires the Administrative Office of the Courts to provide public access to the forms through a link on the Oklahoma State Courts Network

• Specifies that use of the standardized forms is voluntary and not required in any proceeding

• Becomes effective November 1, 2025
