Reappropriates $20,000,000 from the Progressing Rural Economic Prosperity Fund to the Oklahoma Department of Commerce for facility upgrades at the state fair location in central Oklahoma.

Funds are to be used for fairground arena connectors, electrical infrastructure, and livestock event facilities, maintaining the original purpose from Section 3 of Enrolled House Bill No. 1019 of the 2nd Extraordinary Session of the 58th Oklahoma Legislature.

Reappropriation amount is adjusted for any transfers and reduced by expenditures made before the effective date of this act.

Bill was not codified in the Oklahoma Statutes.

Emergency clause declares the act takes effect immediately upon passage and approval.
