• Transfers $2,164,039.00 from Oklahoma State University Medical Authority funds to the Statewide Recovery Fund, originally appropriated for a rural advanced care pilot program.

• Transfers $5,000,000.00 from the State Department of Health to the Statewide Recovery Fund, originally appropriated for medical facilities serving disproportionately impacted populations; transfers $20,500,000.00 from the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services to the Statewide Recovery Fund; transfers $3,300,000.00 from the Oklahoma Water Resources Board to the Statewide Recovery Fund.
