Appropriates $5,000,000 from the Progressing Rural Economic Prosperity Fund to the Oklahoma Department of Commerce for a municipal park in a county with population greater than 750,000, located north of I-344 and west of I-35.

Appropriates $4,000,000 from the Progressing Rural Economic Prosperity Fund to relocate a naval submarine located east of State Highway 165 and north of State Highway 62.

Appropriates $1,800,000 from the Progressing Rural Economic Prosperity Fund for infrastructure improvements at an industrial park located south of State Highway 62 and east of State Highway 283.

Total appropriations equal $10,800,000 drawn from the Progressing Rural Economic Prosperity Fund established under Section 256 of Title 62 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
