Amends 63 O.S. 2021, Section 1-242.4 to authorize the Maternal Mortality Review Committee to create advisory committees and assign both members and non-members to participate.

Committee composition remains 11 members: 8 ex officio members from health organizations and state agencies, and 3 appointed by the State Commissioner of Health for two-year terms with expertise in maternal mortality and severe maternal morbidity.

Appointed member positions include a physician from Oklahoma State Medical Association or Osteopathic Association, a maternal-fetal medicine physician, and an individual affected by pregnancy-related deaths, severe maternal morbidity, or lack of access to maternal health care services.

Committee shall elect a chair and vice chair every two years, meet at least quarterly, and may meet more frequently as determined by the chair.

Becomes effective November 1, 2025.
