Creates the Office of Tribal Relations within the Research Division of the Oklahoma Historical Society to gather, preserve, and maintain records and agreements between tribal governments and the state.

Authorizes the Office to consult with state agencies and tribal governments to obtain information necessary to fulfill its duties.

Requires the Office to organize compacts, agreements, and related documents in paper or electronic form accessible to the public.

Mandates delivery of an electronic, updated copy of materials to each Oklahoma Legislature member by December 1 of every even-numbered year and a physical copy after each gubernatorial election.

Becomes effective November 1, 2025.
