Commemorates the 30th anniversary of the April 19, 1995 terrorist bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City, which killed 168 people and wounded many others.

Expresses gratitude to first responders, rescue workers, medical personnel, and volunteers who assisted in rescue and recovery efforts immediately following the attack and in subsequent days.

Declares that the Oklahoma City National Memorial will serve as a place of hope and reconciliation rather than rekindling anger, with light dispelling darkness and love dispelling fear.

Sends heartfelt remembrances from the Oklahoma Legislature to families, friends, and neighbors of those killed and injured in the bombing.

Directs that a copy of the resolution be sent to Kari Watkins, President and CEO of the Oklahoma City National Memorial and Museum.
