Celebrates April 27, 2025, as the 90th anniversary of the USDA Soil Conservation Service, established April 27, 1935, now known as the Natural Resources Conservation Service

Commends past and present employees of the Service for their work conserving soil and water resources in Oklahoma

Recognizes the Dust Bowl of the 1930s as the worst environmental disaster of the 20th century and the catalyst for federal and state soil conservation programs

Acknowledges the Service's 90-year partnership with Oklahoma's conservation districts and the Oklahoma Conservation Commission to protect private lands

Adopted by the House of Representatives on April 28, 2025, and by the Senate on April 30, 2025
