Honors His Holiness Pope Leo XIV (Cardinal Robert Francis Prevost), elected on May 8, 2025, as the 267th Pope and the first American citizen to hold the papacy.

Recognizes Pope Leo XIV's service on the Board of Directors of Cascia Hall Preparatory School in Tulsa from 1999 to 2001 and his contribution to Oklahoma's spiritual and academic communities.

Commends Pope Leo XIV's leadership, humility, moral clarity, and lifelong commitment to human dignity, strong families, and service to the least among us.

Directs delivery of a copy of the resolution to the Apostolic Nunciature of the Holy See in Washington, D.C., and to Cascia Hall Preparatory School in Tulsa.
