Approves all proposed permanent rules filed on or before February 1, 2025, for the Commission on Children and Youth, State Department of Health, Department of Human Services, State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision, Board of Medicolegal Investigations, State Board of Osteopathic Examiners, State Board of Examiners of Perfusionists, Health Care Workforce Training Commission, and Oklahoma Workers' Compensation Commission.

Disapproves specific proposed rule changes for the Oklahoma Funeral Board, including changes to OAC 235:10-3-2 paragraph (6), the entirety of OAC 235:10-3-4, and OAC 235:10-14-1 paragraphs (c) and (e).

Disapproves proposed changes to OAC 140:15-5-5 for the Oklahoma Board of Chiropractic Examiners and changes to OAC 317:30-5-2 division (GG) for the Oklahoma Health Care Authority.

Disapproves multiple proposed rule changes for the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, including "diversion control plan" and "medical director" definitions in OAC 450:70-1-2 and related changes in OAC 450:70-4-8.3, 450:70-6-10, and 450:70-6-17.2.

Directs the Oklahoma Secretary of State to distribute copies of the resolution to the Governor and the editor of "The Oklahoma Register."
