Designates March 10, 2025, as Bob Wills Day at the Oklahoma Capitol.

Recognizes Bob Wills (born 1905) as the King of Western Swing who helped originate and popularize western swing music, influencing the development of rock and roll and modern country music.

Notes Wills' induction into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 1968 and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1999, plus his extensive entertainment career performing twice weekly at Cain's Ballroom in Tulsa, conducting daily radio broadcasts, and appearing in over a dozen movies.

Thanks the Oklahoma Arts Council, Oklahoma Film and Music Office, and Oklahoma Historical Society for their partnership in reviving Bob Wills Day at the Capitol and for honoring his legacy.

Directs distribution of the resolution to the Oklahoma Arts Council, Oklahoma Film and Music Office, and Oklahoma Historical Society.
