Recognizes March 21, 2025, as Rosie the Riveter Day in Oklahoma to honor women's contributions to the manufacturing workforce during World War II.

Acknowledges that female industrial workers increased from 27% to 37% of the workforce between 1940 and 1945, with more than 19 million women entering the industrial workforce for the first time.

Honors the federal government's recruitment campaign that encouraged women to join factories as a patriotic duty, symbolized by the iconic poster of a woman in a red bandana.

Notes that Congress designated March 21 as National Rosie the Riveter Day in 2017 during Women's History Month.
