OK SB1015

Establishes the "State-Sponsored Persecution Prohibition Act" to prohibit state agencies from taking actions against law-abiding private businesses, farmers, ranchers, or taxpayers for personal, political, or ideological reasons.

Prohibits state agencies from maliciously investigating law-abiding private entities with intent to intimidate or harass.

Prohibits state agencies from threatening or attempting to threaten law-abiding private entities with punitive regulation or retaliation for questioning the agency or reporting misconduct.

Prohibits state agencies from excessively and repetitively harassing law-abiding private entities through communication.

Allows persons directly impacted by a knowing and willful violation by an agency to pursue civil action and recover damages and attorney fees; effective November 1, 2025.
