Removes the requirement that podiatric physician members of the Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners be appointed from a list of at least five persons submitted annually by the Oklahoma Podiatric Medical Association.

Permits the Governor to consider recommendations from a statewide organization representing podiatric physicians, a state chapter of a national organization representing podiatric physicians, or other groups or individuals in Oklahoma when selecting appointees.

Maintains the Board's composition of five licensed podiatric physicians and one lay member, with podiatric physician terms of five years and the lay member serving coterminous with the Governor.

Retains qualification requirements for podiatric physicians including Oklahoma residency, three years of continuous practice in Oklahoma, absence of pending disciplinary action, and good standing in professional associations.

Becomes effective November 1, 2025.
