Removes requirement that Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology successor appointees be selected from a list of five candidates furnished by the Oklahoma Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

Permits the Governor to consider recommendations from a statewide organization representing speech-language pathologists or audiologists, a state chapter of a national organization, or other groups or individuals when selecting appointees.

Maintains Board composition of five members: three licensed speech-language pathologists or audiologists (with at least one of each profession), one otolaryngologist certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology, and one lay member.

Board members continue to serve three-year terms and may be reappointed for one additional three-year term after waiting three years following termination of a previous appointment.

Effective date is November 1, 2025.
