Removes the requirement that the Governor must appoint psychologist board members from a list of ten provided by the Oklahoma State Psychological Association.

Permits the Governor to consider recommendations from statewide psychology organizations, state chapters of national psychology organizations, or other groups and individuals when selecting board members.

Maintains the State Board of Examiners of Psychologists composition at seven members (five psychologists and two lay persons) with four-year terms.

Applies the same recommendation consideration flexibility to filling vacancies in psychologist positions on the board.

Becomes effective November 1, 2025.
