Amends 59 O.S. 2021, Section 858-359 to authorize brokers or real estate owners of record to compensate or offer compensation to licensed real estate professionals for providing brokerage services related to purchase, lease, sale, transfer, or exchange of real estate in Oklahoma.

Clarifies that payment or promise of payment to a broker does not determine the relationship established between the broker and parties to a transaction.

Establishes that a broker receiving compensation based on selling price or lease cost does not constitute a breach of duty or obligation to any party to the transaction.

Permits brokers to charge separate fees for each duty or brokerage service provided during a transaction without requirement to do so.

Effective date: November 1, 2025.
