Amends Oklahoma Statute 29 O.S. 2021, Section 7-602, governing the transportation of wildlife into, out of, or within Oklahoma state borders.

Adds new exception allowing transportation of deceased, intact cervidae (deer family) in transit into the state to a taxidermist who is in good standing with the Secretary of State.

Permits owners or operators of commercially licensed hunting facilities to transport cervidae between in-state hunt facilities without requiring a Department of Wildlife Conservation permit.

Maintains existing penalties for violations: fines between $50.00 and $200.00, imprisonment of 10 to 60 days in county jail, or both.

Becomes effective November 1, 2025.
