Creates new Section 3-97 of Title 2 of Oklahoma Statutes establishing that federal EPA-approved pesticide labels satisfy Oklahoma state law warning requirements, including duty to warn and common law duties.

Pesticide labels are sufficient if approved by both the EPA under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act and the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry at time of sale.

Pesticide labels are sufficient if consistent with the most recent EPA human health assessment under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act at time of sale.

Pesticide labels are sufficient if consistent with the EPA carcinogenicity classification for the pesticide under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act at time of sale.

Act becomes effective November 1, 2025.
