• Restricts voter registration list access to Oklahoma citizens, political party representatives, candidates, and persons authorized by state law, with applicants required to complete and attest to an application form under penalty of perjury.

• Prohibits commercial marketing or advertising use of voter registration lists and bars sharing lists with foreign nationals, foreign commercial interests, or foreign government entities.
