Amends Oklahoma Statutes 51 O.S. 2021, Section 6 to add a new exemption allowing campus police officers elected to governing boards of towns or municipalities outside of where they serve as campus police officers to hold both positions.

Adds this campus police officer exemption as paragraph 30 of the dual office-holding exemptions list, with subsequent paragraphs renumbered accordingly.

Updates statutory language throughout the section, including changing references from "the State of Oklahoma" to "this state" for consistency.

Renumbers the military trial judge and appellate judge exemption from paragraph 30 to paragraph 31 to accommodate the new campus police officer provision.

Declares an emergency, making the act effective immediately upon passage and approval.
